AUTOMATION OPTIONS AND THEIR POSSIBILITIES

Automated accounting system (AAS) petroleum products at gas stations of fuel dispensers (Fuel dispensers) NOVA with FDC controller 3000.

The system is a proprietary development of LLC "AZT Slavutich".

Unlike existing similar systems, offered on the market, we have a number of advantages:

  1. The system has the ability to change and transform for specific tasks and client requirements.
  2. It is possible to install an automation system on third-party fuel dispensers with the subsequent connection of the upgraded fuel dispensers to the gas station control system (control controller is installed FDC 3000 (for Zterm and Iterm systems, you will need to install an identity controller MUX-2).
  3. Uploading data to 1C (for transferring data to 1C from the system, revision of the 1C configuration is required by the Customer's specialists (loading / unloading data into the program database).
  4. Divided into two subsystems: with and without a gas station operator, "Cold" gas station.
  5. Possibility of installing mobile fuel dispensers with an automation system on fuel trucks of different models.
  6. Creation of our own network of departmental gas stations, including fuel trucks, without reference to the location of the object and its distance.
  7. Volume reduction to 15 deg C.
  8. Uploading data to the M.E.Doc system for transfer to the SFS(ДФС) server.
  9. Maintaining mass accounting (provided that a level gauge with a density measurement function is installed).
  10. Ability to work with level gauges such as: Sensor, Start Italiano, Veeder Root, Petro Vend.
  11. Management of the fiscal registrar Maria at commercial gas stations (Gas station control system "Magnolia").
  12. No restrictions on the number of users.
  13. Work in any climatic conditions.
  14. The system works since 2010 and has more than 500 users.
  15. Different options for connecting and transmitting data:

– Internet (via cellular, sim card)

- Point-to-point connection (via cellular, 2 sim card)

– Wi-Fi

– Cable («Point point»)

– Internet cable (Ethernet channel)

OPERATOR WORK

Subsystem with operator (Gas station control system "Magnolia") implies the presence of premises at the gas station, operator's room, in which the control personal computer is installed (PC). In the role of a PC, it can act as a stationary system unit , and laptop. Communication between the PC and the fuel dispenser is carried out using wires (shielded twisted pair class 5) via RS-485 interface (an RS-485 - USB or RS-485 - RS-232 converter is installed near the PC), according to the Dlink2 protocol (development of LLC "AZT Slavutich").

Main characteristics of the system:

  • authorized access to the system (differentiation by access level and data editing capabilities);
  • shift management;
  • maintaining a directory of vehicles;
  • maintaining a directory of drivers;
  • maintaining a directory of suppliers;
  • maintenance of shift reports;
  • keeping records for the period;
  • keeping records of admission, storage and dispensing of fuel;
  • bookkeeping and factual (with electronic level gauges) fuel residues in containers;
  • filling in refueling data (invoice code, vehicle numbers, vehicle brand, full name of the driver, organization);
  • identification by driver, vehicle, double;
  • the ability to refuel vehicles by Rfid identifiers (key / card) – readers can be installed both on fuel dispensers, and in the operator's room (option);
  • the ability to connect a receipt printer (option);
  • the ability to connect to the system of electronic level gauges (option);
  • domain authorization (option);
  • gas station dispatcher workstation (local) - viewing and generating reports (option);
  • data transfer to the server - Internet version of the dispatcher's workplace (option).

When operating in commercial software mode:

  • reception of petroleum products;
  • acceptance of products ;
  • sale of products ;
  • release of petroleum products in modes: "full tank", "prepayment", «Postpaid»;
  • discount management;
  • performing service operations;
  • operations of "technological strait" and emergency interruption.

AUTOMATIC OPERATION with software on PC

The subsystem of the "cold" filling station, in turn, is divided into local - Zterm and Internet versions - Iterm. In both cases, NOVA dispensers are additionally equipped with identification system blocks (option), which consist of:

  • identity controller MUX-2;
  • identification system display;
  • control keyboard and settings;
  • Rfid tag reader;
  • data transmission media (GSM modem, Ethernet-RS232 interface converter, etc.).

The task of the blocks of the identification system includes:

  • storage and processing of information about limits;
  • storage and processing of information about transactions (carried out refueling);
  • communication with control PC or server;
  • fuel supply management and control;
  • management of the fuel dispenser up to 8 PC. (from one MUX-2 controller);
  • control of electronic level gauges up to 16 PC. (from one MUX-2 controller);
  • control of the operation of the fuel dispenser pump when the dead residue is reached (option);
  • tank transfusion control (option).

The subsystem of "cold" petrol station Zterm allows refueling vehicles without an operator using Rfid identifiers (keys / cards). The system is local, data can be edited or viewed only from a PC, on which the Zterm software is installed. The fuel can be dispensed only if there is an electronic identifier registered in the system (key / card). The card directory is stored on the computer.

Operator periodically triggers synchronization using software, at the same time, modified maps are loaded into the MUX-2 control controller and the fuel supply transactions are unloaded. The connection between the PC and the fuel dispenser is carried out:

  • using wires (shielded twisted pair class 5) via RS-485 interface (an RS-485 - USB or RS-485 - RS-232 converter is installed near the PC), according to the development protocol of LLC "AZT Slavutich" (distance limited by RS-485 interface - 700 – 1000 m);
  • by means of the GSM modem on the CSD channel (distance is not limited, subject to network coverage);
  • using wires via Ethernet channel (when using a fiber optic cable with a media converter, distance is not limited).

Main characteristics of the system:

  • authorized access to the system (differentiation by access level and data editing capabilities);
  • refueling without operator;
  • maintaining a directory of identifiers;
  • registration of fuel supply limits (unlimited, total, day, monthly);
  • maintaining a directory of vehicles;
  • maintaining a directory of drivers;
  • safekeeping of fuel logs;
  • the ability to connect to the system of electronic level gauges;
  • keeping records for the period;
  • keeping records of admission, storage and dispensing of fuel;
  • bookkeeping and factual (with electronic level gauges) fuel residues in containers;
  • the ability to connect a printer to print reports;
  • exporting data to Excel;
  • the ability to connect a receipt printer (option).

AUTOMATIC INTERNET OPERATION

Iterm "cold" petrol station subsystem allows refueling of vehicles without an operator using Rfid identifiers (key / card). The system is networked, data can be edited or viewed from any PC, laptop, tablet, smartphone, connected to the Internet (by login and password registered in the system). The fuel can be dispensed only if there is an electronic identifier registered in the system (key / card).

The map reference is stored on the web server (in the Internet).

The MUX-2 management controller periodically communicates with the server (loads modified cards and unloads fuel dispensing transactions).

The fuel dispenser is connected to the Internet:

  • by means of the GSM modem on the GPRS channel (distance is not limited, subject to network coverage);
  • using wires via Ethernet channel (when using a fiber-optic cable with a media converter, the distance is not limited);
  • via Wi-Fi.

Main characteristics of the system:

  • authorized access to the system (differentiation by access level and data editing capabilities);
  • refueling without operator;
  • maintaining a directory of identifiers (keys / cards);
  • registration of fuel supply limits (unlimited, total, day, monthly);
